* Payment in full is due 60 days prior to arrival.
* Cancellations received 60 days or more prior to arrival will result in a refund of your deposit less 50%.
* NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR cancellations MADE INSIDE OF 60 DAYS.
* No reductions will be made for late arrivals, early departures or weather conditions.
* MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY PER CABIN WILL BE ENFORCED, OCCUPANCY INCLUDES ALL AGES.
* Visitors are welcome, but for the comfort of all paying guests we can NOT allow them use of the pool, playground, etc.
* $10.00 per night will be added to your bill at check-in if you bring a pet. PLEASE ONLY ONE PET!
